Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and responsible Preschool Teachers who understand child development and can create a warm, structured, and engaging classroom environment. The teacher will be responsible for implementing
the curriculum, observing children’s developmental progress, and maintaining strong communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement daily and weekly lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines
• Conduct age-appropriate activities focused on concept clarity and developmental growth
• Maintain an engaging, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Prepare teaching aids and learning materials
Child Development & Observation
• Observe and document children’s developmental milestones
• Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Encourage independence and self-confidence
• Avoid fear-based or comparison-based discipline methods
Parent Communication
• Maintain daily updates where required
• Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings
• Communicate child progress clearly and professionally
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with assistant teachers and support staff
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Psychology preferred)
• ECC Ed / NTT / Montessori certification preferred
• 1–5 years of preschool teaching experience preferred
• Freshers with strong aptitude and training may also apply
Required Skills & Attributes
• Strong understanding of early childhood development (1.5–6 years)
• Clear spoken English and confident communication
• Calm, patient, and emotionally regulated personality
• Ability to maintain structure without being authoritarian
• Organized and detail-oriented
