Job Description:
- Ensure effective implementation of the NatureNurture curriculum in classrooms.
- Support and develop teachers through professional development, training, and classroom observations.
- Monitor and improve instructional quality, classroom management, and student engagement.
- Design and implement assessment tools to measure and analyse student performance.
- Guide teachers in using data to tailor instruction for diverse student needs.
- Foster collaboration and communication with school administrators, teachers, parents, and stakeholders.
- Represent Nature Nurture in educational forums, workshops, and community events.
- Evaluate and improve the learning program based on data and stakeholder feedback.
- Manage and coordinate resources to support effective curriculum delivery.
- Stay updated with educational trends and promote innovative teaching practices.
