Center Head – Preschool
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our preschool as Center Head. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality teaching standards, mentoring staff, engaging with parents, and driving enrollment and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall functioning of the preschool center, including academic, operational, and administrative responsibilities.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans in line with early childhood education best practices.
- Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and support staff.
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and discipline within the preschool.
- Engage with parents regularly, addressing concerns and sharing updates on children’s progress.
- Ensure smooth coordination between management, staff, and families.
- Track enrollment targets, student retention, and center growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduate or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years’ experience in early childhood education, with leadership exposure
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for working with young children and early learning

Pre-school Teacher
We are looking for passionate and creative preschool teachers to join our team. As a teacher, you will design and implement engaging lesson plans, create a safe and stimulating classroom environment, foster children’s holistic development, communicate effectively with parents, and track student progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans based on age-appropriate curriculum.
- Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage holistic development—cognitive, social, emotional, and physical—of each child.
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents and school staff.
- Observe and document children’s progress and behavior.
Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation from a recognized University.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Bengali preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience as a preschool or nursery teacher is an advantage.
- Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of child psychology and basic computer literacy desirable.
