Job Summary: -
Techno India Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Faculty member to join our institution. The Soft Skills Faculty will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering
comprehensive soft skills training programs to students or employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, interpersonal skills, leadership development, and other
relevant soft skills areas. They will possess the ability to engage learners effectively through various instructional methodologies and create a supportive learning environment conducive to skill
development.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver soft skills training programs tailored to the needs of students or employees.
• Design instructional materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on topics such as communication skills, teamwork, time management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including lectures, group discussions, role- playing, case studies, and simulations, to facilitate learning.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through pre-and post-training evaluations, surveys, and other feedback mechanisms.
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback to participants to help them improve their soft skills competencies.
• Collaborate with other faculty members, department heads, and administrators to integrate soft skills training into the curriculum or professional development initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate relevant findings into instructional design and delivery.
Qualifications:
• Certification in relevant areas such as coaching, emotional intelligence, or leadership development is a plus (TTT/TESOL/IELTS)
• Proven experience (at least 1-2 years) as a soft skills trainer, instructor, or facilitator in an educational or corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of principles and theories related to soft skills development, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to create interactive and experiential learning experiences that promote skill acquisition and behaviour change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software for instructional design and delivery.
• Flexibility, creativity, and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of learners and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and foster a positive learning environment.
