Hiring for - Shadow teacher, Behavior therapist ,Occupational therapist.
Job description in a few lines:
1) Shadow teacher -
->assess children with special needs in the classroom.
->preparation of materials for sessions.
2) Behavior therapist -
->Conducting 1-1 session with children with learning disability and autism.
->Executing skill acquisition program and behaviour reduction plan.
->Taking session data and reporting to the Supervisor.
3) Occupational therapist -
->Conducting physical and psychological assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan.
->Evaluating results and progress of occupational therapy on clients.
We prefer female candidates for the shadow teacher and behavior therapist role. Whereas in Occupational therapy we dont have a preference.
Eligibility criteria
Shadow teacher
(i) 10th,12th pass minimum .
(ii) Should be able to communicate in english.(Mandatory)
(iii) Should be flexible to learn and take inputs.
Behavior therapist -
(i) 12th pass.
(ii) Fluent in English (Mandatory)
(iii) Bachelor's degree having psychology stream is a plus (Not mandatory).
(iv) Mandatory knowledge about Autism and teaching methods.
(v) Knowledge on ABA methodology is a plus.
Occupational Therapist -
(i) Certification in Occupational therapy.
(ii) Good communication skills.
